Cooking Classes & Tours of Tuscany

Also with have planned cooking classes in a wonderful newly renovated villa in Tuscany called Villa Daniela Grossi, for the fall of this year.

Our classes will take place in a beautifully renovated Villa/ Convento located about 10 kilometers from Lucca and 60 kilometers from Florence. Our hosts, Daniela & Narciso have returned the villa to its original 19th century décor before it became a Cappuccino Convento. They have taken the old monastic dormitory and divided it into 5 wonderful loft apartments which are being decorated by Antoniella, an artist from Florence. Wait to you see the formal dining room!

My Restaurant At The Elks In New Brunswick

I want to thank my loyal customers for their support with my restaurant at the Elks in New Brunswick.

We are located in the Elks Lodge at 40 Livingston Ave., near the State Theater.

Our hours of operations are:

• Lunch: Tuesday to Friday from 11:30am to 3pm.
• Dinners: Friday  Nights: 5-9pm
• Look for reopening on Sunday from 2-8 with our Sunday Gravy Dinner, 4 couse Italian dinner, $25.95

Cooking Classes In New Jersey

I offer classes at my house in Milltown. The classes will be a series of 4 Mondays starting at 7pm usually lasting until 10. These classes are "hands on" and you get to sit down between courses and enjoy the fruits of your labor. Cost per class is: $50. Cost for all four in the series: $180. I'll have to have at least 6 students in each class. Call or email me.
